The "Legends of Residential Marketing" was instituted in 1992 to honor builders and consultants who stand apart as leaders in the new-home marketing field. The Legends are selected for their professional commitment to the industry and new-home community marketing innovations. Bill Pulte and Kevork Hovnanian, founders of Pulte Homes and K. Hovnanian Enterprises, are prior inductees.
Richey specializes in the management and marketing of residential properties for many of the top 100-volume builders, leading small-volume builders, building products manufacturers, title, and mortgage companies. He works in some capacity with the top volume building firms in 40 cities throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Australia.
His seminars impact over 50,000 sales and marketing professionals annually and his “Top Gun” Sales, Sales Management and Marketing Workshops held monthly have gained international acclaim.
In addition to his accredited Pro Counselling performance-measured learning system for the new-home salesperson, he recently introduced several varieties of Practical Application Kits for sales and sales management.
